Process
How Land-Clearing Service Requests Work
A request moves through three steps: you describe the property, a third-party provider reviews whether it fits their territory, capability, and schedule, and the provider confirms the work directly with you. This site publishes and routes; it does not perform the work or set the terms.
Step 1 — You describe the property
Call or submit the form with the location, the scope you think you need, the acreage or linear footage, the current condition, the finish you want, the debris preference, and your timing. The clearer the description, the more useful the review. You are never asked to diagnose safety or permits — just report what you can see.
Step 2 — A provider reviews fit
The request may be shared with a third-party provider who checks it against their territory, capability, and current schedule. Not every request is a fit, and being near Ocala does not guarantee a provider is available for a specific job. If it does not fit, the request may not move forward.
Step 3 — The provider confirms directly
If there is a fit, the provider — not this site — contacts you to confirm coverage, availability, timing, scope, price, credentials, insurance, and service terms. Any agreement is between you and the provider. Review the written scope and terms before work begins.
Responsibilities
- This site: publishes sourced information and routes a qualified request.
- The provider: confirms and performs the work, sets price and terms, and carries credentials and insurance.
- You: describe the property accurately, own permit and locate responsibility unless the provider agrees otherwise in writing, and review the scope before approving it.
Disclosure
OcalaLandClearing.net is an independent land-clearing service-request website and publisher for the Ocala, Florida area. It is not the land-clearing contractor, not an excavator, not a tree service, and not a government agency. It may receive and qualify a request, then share it with a third-party provider when a provider is available and the request fits that provider's territory, capability, and schedule. The provider — not this site — confirms identity, coverage, availability, scope, price, credentials, insurance, and service terms.
This website may be compensated by service providers when a request is accepted. Compensation never changes the sourced facts published here.
